Gaspar Forteza is a founding member of Forteza Law, PLLC, and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, general civil litigation, and real estate. Born in Argentina in 1980, Gaspar has built a reputation as a dedicated advocate and effective litigator since 2007. With a strong connection to the Latin American business community, Gaspar adeptly handles business disputes and transactions bringing a global perspective to his legal practice. Prior to establishing the firm, he was a partner with Blaxberg, Grayson, Kukoff & Forteza, P.A., where he honed his expertise for more than 15 years. A core principle of Gaspar's practice has been service to the Miami business community. To that end, Gaspar has been a proud legal services provider with Prospera since 2011. Prospera is an economic development, nonprofit organization specialized in providing bilingual assistance to Hispanic entrepreneurs trying to establish or expand their business.
